Meaningful Menus were created by homeschool mom of 5, Ashley Antkowiak. She used menu covers in her homeschool after a mom mentioned the idea on Instagram, and it worked so well she decided to make it a permanent part of her routine. Other moms started asking if they could buy her menus, so in March of 2019, Ashley opened Meaningful Menus. Each month she releases a new menu with songs, poems, memory work and even Shakespeare sonnets for families to enjoy together.
