The MeEO Mindset

5 years ago I died. At 27 years old I was the healthiest person I knew, then one day my heart just stopped beating. When I woke up in the hospital, I promised myself I wouldn’t look back at my life before that moment as my high water mark.

Against the odds, I returned to work within a few weeks and to my greatest level of fitness ever within a year. After achieving those goals I kept working to always push myself in many areas. This eventually bled into career goals as well.

I spent countless hours busting my butt to get little promotions here and there. I left a career I loved for another one that could teach me new skills and give me greater opportunities. I loved it all, but I didn’t grow in my career as quickly as I did on knowledge or experience. So I decided to promote myself to MeEO of my life and career to give myself more financial freedom, more time with my growing family, and less stress. Come along as I share my journey!
