About me

Hi there, I’m Meggie! As a Podcast Manager, I help female coaches & psychotherapists grow their impact and business through podcasting.

My love for podcasts initially started as a listener. For me, it was a way to learn and grow. When I started learning more about the production side of podcasting, I fell in love and it changed my life.

I decided to take a leap of faith and quit my job as a Speech & Language Therapist to follow my dream of becoming a location independent Podcast Manager.

Now, I get so much joy out of helping you create exceptional content to make a change in your audience’s lives AND help you grow your business at the same time.

What it’s like to work with me

“Meggie presents herself as a professional and that is exactly what I got when I hired her! She is very supportive and encouraging, keeping me on task with gentle but firm feedback. She guides the way with accountability and sureness. She’s brilliant, easy, helpful, and fun to work with! I’m looking forward to more of her help and expertise. She is perfect for me!”

“Meggie makes the process of producing a podcast SEAMLESS! All we do is record-- she does the rest! Her social media posts and summaries always reflect the most important themes and her writing voice reflects ours. We couldn't be happier with Meggie and her work!”
- Amanda Sovik-Johnston, Active & Connected Families

“Meggie is a brilliant Podcast Manager who understands how to fine tune a podcast and amplify it's impact.
We worked together on Circular Business Podcast for a month and her audit methods, tools and attention to detail improved my series within a day. What really impressed me about Meggie is her genuine interest to add value by understanding the vision, mission and goals of the podcast as well as the host.
Her sincerity and commitment to the task at hand made the work seamless.
I highly recommend Meggie Lemmens to my fellow podcasters who plan to grow their podcast to the next level.”
