Some days I feel like my official title is “Poku Taxi.” But friends will tell you I’m the person that despite my own chaos will stop when a friend is truly in need and pray for them!

I also have discovered in my 40s that when my the 5th grader says “mom why aren’t you ripped?” to lean in and listen to children because they speak truth!

God has given me a temple and I wasn’t taking care of it. I then got to work over the next year, did some real ❤️ & health work and have now lost 40 lbs and am working on reversing my pre-diabetic body.

Now my goal is to help others get healthy as well! Mindset: Run the Race! I’m here to help!!
