Hey hey, it's Tracie!

A few facts about me:

I’m a Media Education Coordinator at the coolest public media production center in the Boot (Louisiana)!

I’m also a Self-taught Rentalpreneur Property owner & investor in LTRs (long-term lease properties) and STRs (short-term rentals/Airbnbs).

Since beginning my financial freedom journey at age 25, I’ve learned how to successfully build multiple streams of Income by leveraging real estate. Some of my proudest accomplishments include:

- Acquiring 4 rental listings ($350K in property assets)

- $82K in rental income (& counting!)

- 800+ credit score club

- On track to retire by age 35

I’ve encountered so much trial and error throughout this journey, and I enjoy sharing it all with you guys on my YT channel & social media platforms!

My goal is to help other first-Gen investors gain the knowledge and the confidence to begin building (& growing) their own generational wealth through rental property ownership.
