I believe that embracing the mind, body, spirit connection taps us into our natural abilities to help heal ourselves and lead miraculous lives -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. In 2012 I began my love affair with wellness, pairing spirituality and holistic nutrition when I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since then I propelled my passion forward during the COVID19 Global Pandemic, where I led workshops on mental health, sleep hygiene, nutrition and mindset.
As a Board certified health & wellness coach and a certified Breathwork & meditation instructor, my passion for eastern practices, food as medicine, and mental health moves me to holistically guide my clients to discover their strengths, while learning new skills for overall health and wellness. Goal setting, mindfulness and stress management techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and visualization are just some ways we can co-create an action plan for life goals and relationships that light you up!
