Welcome to Serenity Within Counselling. I’m Michael Woods, a qualified Integrative CBT
therapist who is a registered member with the bacp . I am based in the west end of Glasgow. I would like to offer you the chance to be completely understood and fully accepted in a calm and empowering setting. My practice is dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards recovery and personal growth.

I offer therapy for a range of issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief, loss, addictions, including addictive behaviours , relationship issues, stress , anger and other mental health challenges. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles, providing a safe and confidential space for you to explore your emotions and find understanding.

Taking the first step towards seeking help can be daunting, but I am here to offer a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic experience. I work in a calm and empowering environment, utilizing an integrative approach to suit your needs that include cognitive behavioural therapy, humanistic therapy, person-centered therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Online via zoom or face to face appointments available

In person appointments Saturday mornings 9am till 12

Online appointments
Monday evenings 7pm
Thursday evenings 7pm

minute session.
