CANCELLATION POLICY
At Michelle’s Hairdressing I kindly ask all my clients that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment to please provide 48hrs notice. If a cancellation is made with less than 48hrs notice this will incur a $50 cancellation fee and will be required to be paid prior to rebooking.
Confirmation text messages are sent out in advance to provide you 48hrs to contact me to change your appointment in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
When you book an appointment with me that time is reserved exclusively for you. Giving me 48hrs notice gives me enough time to contact those on my cancellation list and also allows me to run my buisness efficiently. Please note any last minute medical or personal emergencies that impact a clients appointment will of course offer discretion for any sudden cancellations.
