Dear sisters, women of the valley,
My name is Veronika and it is a pleasure and it really fills my heart to be able to present you a very special healing space: an Ayahuasca ceremony, served by women and only for women. No longer having to learn from pain, but knowing and rediscovering our true feminine essence through love, sharing it from within. No more competition, but sisterhood. No more violent force, but loving wisdom that guides us on our way. Celebrate our differences, knowing that deep within we are all the same. Support each other. Accompany, without suffering for the other. Being able to finally surrender to everything that life brings us, knowing that all learning is given to bring us closer to inner peace. Foster us, hug us, hold us to have the courage to face our darkness. And from there rise with a new shine, celebrating ourselves just as we are. Take responsibility for EVERYTHING in our lives. Claim our space as women, without wanting to be better than the men, because we are not like them. We are different, and so we are perfect. Stop searching. Finding us. Reflect us. Grow together.

Queridas hermanas, mujeres del valle,
mi nombre es Veronika y es un placer y realmente me llena el corazón poder presentarles un espacio de sanación muy especial: una ceremonia de Ayahuasca, servida por mujeres y solamente para mujeres. Ya no tener que aprender del dolor, sino conocer y redescubrir nuestra verdadera esencia femenina a través del amor, compartiendo éste desde dentro. Ya no más competencia, sino hermandad. Ya no más fuerza violenta, sino sabiduría amorosa que nos guia en nuestro camino. Celebrar nuestras diferencias, sabiendo que en el fondo todas somos iguales. Apoyarnos entre nosotras. Acompañar, sin sufrir por el otro. Poder entregarnos por fin a todo lo que nos trae la vida, sabiendo que todos los aprendizajes se dan para acercarnos más a la paz interior. Acogernos, abrazarnos, sostenernor para tener el valor de enfrentar nuestras oscuridades. Y de allí salir con un nuevo brillo, celebrándonos tal cual como somos. Asumir la responsabilidad para TODO en nuestras vidas. Reclamar nuestro espacio como mujeres, sin querer ser mejor que los hombres, pues no somos como ellos. Somos diferentes, y así somos perfectas. Dejar de buscar. Encontrarnos. Reflejarnos. Crecer juntas.

Del Náhuatl Temazcalli quiere decir "casa de las piedras calientes".
El Temazcal es un centro de curación, Física, Mental, Emocional y Espiritual.
Un lugar de poder donde se trabaja con los cuatro elementos de la naturaleza; fuego, tierra, aire, agua.
El Temazcal guarda las tradiciones de nuestros ancestros.
Pachamama es la madre, el temazcal el vientre y nosotros sus hijos que renacemos.
🛖 La ceremonia de Temazcal es una cabina de sudor, que simboliza el renacimiento de la Pachamama, un espacio para conectar con nuestro mundo interior, con música y hierbas medicinales. Es un momento de tiempo para reflexionar mientras el cuerpo descansa bien, sana y está completamente revitalizado.
🇱🇷 “Del Nahuatl Temazcalli” means "house of hot stones": Tetl = stone. Mazitli = hot and Calli = home.
The Temazcal or sweat lodge is a center of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing.
A place of power, integrating the four elements of nature: fire, earth, air and water.
The Temazcal keeps the traditions of our ancestors. Pachamama is our mother, the temazcal the womb and we are its children who are reborn.

Wachuma (San Pedro)
WHAT IS WACHUMA?
Cactus of the Andes, entheogen (the sacred particle that governs is Mescaline) and therefore a medicine. The Child-grandfather, healer with a feline spirit, master of Inca and pre-Inca nobility. Expander of consciousness, reorganizer of the solar plexus until reaching the light of the Heart chakra. Principle of masculine balance, legitimate guardian of ancestral wisdom, bearer of healing and clarity in family constellations, and proven effectiveness in cases of depression and anxiety.
With the heart chakra open, the throat chakra also opens: The ability to express openly and honestly what is on our mind, coming from the heart; The life in the present, the real being, the spirit with freedom and patience.
It represents the body, the cougar totem, the natural flow, remembering who we really are, the trust in our movements (the here, the now, the material support plane).
Wachuma (in Quechua) means "head that flies"; that is to say, "the one who cuts or suppresses the ego", and that is why the person who consecrates San Pedro shines with love like a child who feels safe and happy to be at home. Blessed with deep transparency and humility, you can finally establish an intimate relationship with the great Family. Disappearing within you that desire for competitiveness by expanding your compassion.
Wachuma helps us process old experiences that undermined our self-confidence and is also an expert in showing wise memories to channel our forces (emotions) harmoniously and prevent them from controlling us.
🌵 HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE CEREMONY: Three days before the ceremony, a conscious fast from meat, heavy and/or spicy foods is suggested. The same with alcohol, cigarettes and sexual relations. If you need more days of fasting, it will depend on you, in case you have not done the fast or if you have been interrupted, there is the possibility of participating but please let us know beforehand. It is about taking care of our energy in the best possible way, in these cases good rest and moderation before the ceremony are great allies.
