I am a Certified Lactation Counselor through the ALPP, holistic postpartum doula, and a breastfeeding mama of three!

Breastfeeding is natural, but it doesn’t always come easily. I am here to support you along your breastfeeding journey by offering professional, caring, and holistic lactation counseling and postpartum support. I want you to feel supported to meet your breastfeeding goals, and for those precious “milky moments” with your baby to be an enjoyable and sacred experience.

As a CLC I am trained to help with various breastfeeding concerns such as painful with feeding, breastfeeding positions, milk supply concerns, pumping, weaning, and more. I also offer prenatal breastfeeding classes so that you can feel prepared to enter this new journey of feeding your little one.
