About 2 years ago i decided to change my lifestyle I was previously living I used to love eating junk food and watching Netflix all day. Until one day I woke up looked at myself with ABSOLUTELY disgust I decided to change that and I've never been happier.

People with depression and anxiety tend to need more water than a regular person throughout the day as anxiety can give you acne and dehydrates you not only is drinking water important for every living person but it also affects your mood and your skin if you are suffering with anxiety or depression or this any mental illness the required amount of water for you is 2 liters for a regular person should be 1 liter

Trust me I know sleeping at 4 in the morning and waking up at 3 in the afternoon sounds ideal but imagine how much damage you are doing to your body and mental health now that's not ideal if you ask me! Try sleeping around 9-11pm at night if you have a hard time sleep you should probably visit your doctor to make sure you don't have insomnia but if that's not the case then try taking melatonin MAKE SURE you sleep 7-8 hours every night <3
