How does a Therapy session works ?

All our sessions are virtual at the moment !

Initially we will focus on gaining an in-depth understanding of your concerns, challenges and needs. It is also an opportunity for you to explore what therapy is like.
Therapy consists of techniques that can used for wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, fears, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, addiction, adjustment, coping with life-events, emotional disregulation, loss of loved one, self-exploration, personal growth, confusion about identity, trauma, abuse of any kind, body image, sexual difficulties, sleep disturbances, psycho-education.
