I am just a regular mom juggling life with two kids while maintaining a healthy life at the same time. As a mom who has struggled with weight her entire life, I understand how hard it can be. The internet is flooded with all kinds of information out there. I am here to tell you how I achieved and maintained my fat loss. The truth is that it starts with nutrition. Nutrition has taught me how I can meet my goals and maintain them. No matter how many hours I spent in the gym, my body wasn’t matching the effort I was putting in each week. That all changed once I had my first son, and I hired a professional to teach me the proper way to eat and fuel my body. Now, 7 years later, I’m proud to say that I’m an RP Certified Nutrition Coach, and my goal is to spread the word about nutrition and its importance to living a healthy and sustainable life. My hope is to create changes that will teach you long-term habits, so the weight stays off and the new healthy eating behaviors stay. I can’t wait to work with you and help you achieve your goals!

On the left was my first “before” photo after having my first child. This is when I started tracking macros with a coach and learned how to properly fuel my body. Fast forward to 3 years later, after my second child, I finished my final major fat loss cut phase on the right picture. Today, I have been able to maintain a healthy weight and keep the fat off by following everything I have learned about macros! I hope that together we will achieve the same goals, to keep the weight off.
