I am passionate about helping others to be comfortable in their own skin. I believe we can find time for self love in this happy chaos, if we just want to.

I always share my highs and lows to show people how I am committed to happy soul and body. And hopefully that will inspire you too!

I am work in progress with IBS and emotional eating 🙋🏼‍♀️ So sometimes you will see me with a flat tummy and sometimes you will see me looking about six months pregnant! But I can promise you that you always see the real me.

I have three children, one husband 🤣 and two cats. I have been personal trainer for 12 years and ran my online wellness family for three years. I am also emotional eating psychology coach and currently studying to become positive psychology coach.

I am originally from Finland but I have lived in England for 16 years.

How does my wellness family work?

I never realised how much I needed this wellness family in my life until I found it ❤️

It has made me stronger, more confident, given me my morning routine, helped me to be in control with my foods (less emotional eating is always a bonus right?!) and given me lots of wonderful friends.

This is a healthy lifestyle, not a fad or quick fix. I want to teach you healthy habits so you can keep them going and hopefully never go back to those habits that are making you feel sluggish and unhappy.

You get over 4000 workouts in my group. I know, so many!! I will help you to choose a programme that will motivate and encourage you to achieve your goals. We can do this together 💪

You also get two nutrition programmes which are both easy to follow in this happy chaos. Who has time to cook separately meals?!

You can be as involved in my wellness family as you want to (we can even train together every morning) or you can do it on your own. This is something that will fit in your life, not other way around.

I love my biz! I love inspiring others and helping others to do the same. We really do get paid for becoming the best versions of ourselves!

Who can join our Aspire to Inspire crew? ⬇️

You don’t need to be a perfect fitness model to inspire others. (Of course fitness models are welcome too 😘) In fact, it is even more inspiring when you share your journey while you are still achieving your own goals.

You don’t need thousands of followers or friends on social media to make this success.

You don’t need any qualifications. What?! I know, isn’t that amazing! You get all the training, tips and advice you need to make this a success. You just need to be yourself. Pretty fabulous right?!

But if you already are a fitness professional then this is your chance to build your business even more. This goes perfectly with personal training and/ or classes. This saved my fitness business in 2020. In fact, this made 2020 my most successful year ever. And has continued to do so since 💁🏼‍♀️

However there are things you need to be.. you need to be KIND (I only work with kind people 🤷🏼‍♀️), passionate about helping others, perhaps little brave to take a leap of faith (I was nervous too!) and have a fabulous attitude.

You need to have dreams and goals which you are ready to commit to. This is your time to shine, but only YOU can take that first step.

IBS & Emotional eating

I have always been an emotional eater. That combined with IBS is little bit of a recipe for disaster. Or at least a recipe for bloating and tummy pains 🙈

I share lots of my foods and eating tips in my stories. I am hoping they will help you as much as they have helped me.

Not all my foods are healthy and I truly believe we need to eat according to our goals. That means some days you might eat super lean and some days you might have extra slice of cake 💁🏼‍♀️ You are in control of your body and foods. Please do take good care of it!

Transformation reminder ❤️

Not all the change is just physical!

Please be proud of all the changes you achieve when you commit to your goals.

The physical changes are often easiest to spot but non scale victories are super important too!

These are the changes I have achieved since starting my wellness family:
💥 More energy and patience with kids
💥Body confidence. I am still critical of myself but I am learning to accept my imperfections and just try my best
💥 Less binge eating. Yes, this is a big one for me!! I am so much more in control with my foods now
💥More mindfulness! I used to think meditation and yoga were not fabulous, but now I love them and can really see how much they benefit my mental well-being
💥 More sleep! I actually value my sleep now and try to get enough of it lol
💥 I feel strong! Yes I really do! I won’t ever have massive biceps (I don’t want them 💁🏼‍♀️) but I am getting stronger and stronger.
