My Story
Why I Made the Change
Just over a year ago I was diagnosed with endometriosis. With this came some pretty significant health struggles. I decided to take control of my life and not allow a disease to dictate what I can and cannot do.
The first step was to change my eating habits. I was already lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant so from there it was an easy leap to vegan. I knew that if I changed my diet I would feel better internally and externally but the extent of that change shocked me. I felt like an entirely new person......
