How long is the shipping ?

Shipping typically takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Sometimes it can take longer due to customs.

Why are the logos not on site?

Logos aren’t allowed on site due to copyright reasons. The items will come with the logos on them.

What size do I get?

Most items are true to size. I will add in the description box if you would need to size up or down. Women size stop at a 8.5 then it converts to men.

If you’re having trouble, look at one of your shoe boxes that you have at home to see what your EUR size is. That will determine what size you would need to get.

EXAMPLE: MEN 7= WOMEN 9 EUR 40

Why is the shipping cost so expensive?

Some items has free shipping and some don’t. They charge shipping on each item ordered. Shipping prices varies per item depending on what you order.

The more you order, the more the shipping costs will be. You have to understand where the items are coming from.

I suggest to order one item at a time to save on shipping costs.

EXAMPLE: Item cost $20 and shipping is $23. Total will be $43.

$43x5= $215 for 5 items (still cheaper than retail)

How do I order?

Ordering is so easy! All you have to do is click the image, add color, add size, add to cart and checkout.

DO NO CHECKOUT AS GUEST!!! MAKE SURE YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT!!!

Why my shoes didn’t come with the box?

Some sellers send with the box and some don’t. You would have to read the description to see if one’s included. Also I’ve added in the description box if the box is included. The sellers charge extra for a box if it’s not automatically included (I don’t recommend paying for one because they comes tore up sometimes).

**Be mindful that shipping can take a little longer when box is included.**
