About Me:

Hello! I’m Mayerlin, also known as Mketoeats!

I began keto in January 2019 after years of yo-yo dieting through many means without any success. Add in severe depression, anxiety, and new motherhood, I knew a change needed to happen for the better. Initially, I found keto difficult to balance with my work and home life that I quit after losing 10 lbs.

Fast forward to July 31, 2019 and I was sick and tired of feeling - sick and tired. In order for the ketogenic lifestyle to work for me, I needed to combine my culinary training and military ethic to create a lifestyle that was going to work for me! I made my page as a creative outlet to share recipes I’ve created while living a ketogenic lifestyle. As COVID has gone rampant, it’s the best way I’ve been able to manage my anxiety and stress by being in the kitchen.

I have successfully lost over 62 lbs! I hope that my journey can inspire you within this keto community that you too will learn to love! Thank you for taking the time to read my intro and never hesitate to reach out to me for any advice or support ❤️
