About

M'Anais Lam is Multimedia Journalism major at Georgia Southern University originally from Brooklyn, New York . Minoring in film production , M'anais , also known by her friends as MK, found a love in being behind the camera. Incorporating her poetry , mixed with her skills in videography and editing along with her experience in creative directing she begun to create visuals.

Her visuals are based on topics that inspire her and she hopes to touch everyone who see's them. Aside from her visuals, Mk also does photography on the side. She first got into photography when she got her first camera when she was 12 and finally her first professional camera after she graduated high school. From then , in the summer of 2018 she officially started to call her self a photographer and since then has been booked for multiple events around her campus and outside of campus as well. She finds the beauty in every moment and knows how to capture it. To see more of her photographs , visit her instagram page @MKTVISUALS.

Being a jack of all trades, MK's work doesn't end at just visuals and photography, she also does make up on the side. She started dabbling in make up when she was only 11 and in the 6th grade. Playing in her moms eyeshadows and lipstick she found a love through make up. She found a way to accentuate her beauty and wanted to share that with other beautiful women. She specializes in the natural beat but can also do a dramatic look upon request. Years of studying the art of make up and watching youtube videos for practice has made her into a great make up artist , but there is always room to improve.

MK has always struggled with figuring out who she is , as any adolescent would. She always had a problem knowing what she wanted to be when she grew up anytime anyone would ask because she had no dream job. Her dream is not to limit her self, her dream is to be able to do it all. And thats exactly what she'll do.
