Have you been through traumatic situation and are feeling anxious, depressed, and confusion. Has a situation left you job less or are dealing with an overwhelming emotional experiences. Living through this world and the abrupt changes that were encountered, has been dramatically effected some, in these past two years.
This section discusses the effects of anger, loneliness, isolation and the loss of loved one's. This alone is my thoughts on this situation and that I am not a professional counsellor, I am here to learn and maybe help healing through art of any kind. If you find yourself struggling with coping with everyday things, always seek professional advice, talk to a friend and open up to your love ones.
Loneliness is a feeling of disconnection with others, and anger and confusion of a traumatic situation can be triggered by many different things. In the past few years the world has been turned on its axis, and now your here to pick up all the fragments left in its wake.
Feeling a sense of disconnection and loss. can manifest in many ways; it may feel like you are lost or out of place. You may feel like society doesn't careabout you and that there is no one to lean on when you need help.

The world is a tough place to live in. It can be hard to find people who understand you. You might feel like you're the only one out there who's going through this. But that's not true.
Im seeing thousands of people, of all ages suffering from loss or left dealing with serious health complications. It's not your fault that you are feeling this way, and it doesn't make you weak or crazy. It just means that you're human, and we all have our ups and downs in life.
You are not alone in this fight, and there are people out there who can help if you ask for it.
This section is about the struggles of loneliness, anxiety, depression, mental health issues such as PTSD. And here I will share links where you can find help or simply discuss your experiences. Losing connection to oneself in the past few years has shown to have negative consequences. We have witnessed or been a part of sudden changes in our daily lives, feeling of loneliness, job losses, financial difficulty, and grief over the death of loved ones have the potential to affect the mental health of many.(1)
Art therapy allows individuals who are grieving, feel disconnected, or suffering from trauma, an opportunity to express and process their sensory and emotional experiences.
A clinical trial study suggests that art therapy has shown to be effective in reducing anxiety symptoms and improving quality of life (2), and that expressing your pain through art can be one way to do deal with emotions and healing.(3)
