A pocket rocket 🚀 Qualified instructor of Pilates, Barre & Dance Aerobics. Movement is my creative outlet, stress relief, way of life. As a trained professional actress, my approach to exercise is dynamic, playful and larger than life. A class with me will leave you glowing (with sweat!), smiling and feeling proud of your incredible body. Maybe a little sore the next day too...Work hard, play hard and move well. 💛

Pilates exercise of the month

Shoulder Bridge 💫

One of my all time faves for spinal articulation, mobility and strengthening the posterior chain. From semi supine, tuck the tailbone and push through the feet to life the hips, lifting the spine one vertabrae at a time. Inhale at the top, and exhale to roll down, melting back into the mat.
