Studio Line Up for April & May 2021:
Monday 6pm - Stretch Class (30min)
Tuesday 6pm - Pilates R70 (40min)
Thursday 6:30am - Pilates R70 (40min)
All levels welcome as I offer modifications for every exercise we do!
If you purchase 4 of the same classes you get a FREE class! so 4 Pilates classes will get you one free Pilates class yay!
4 Pilates classes - R280
4 Stretch classes - R160
Classes take place over Zoom and there's no pressure to have your video on if you don't want to.
Payment will secure your booking & Zoom ID and password will be emailed to you 1 hour before class begins.

Mat Pilates | Tuesday 6pm & Thursday 6:30am | R70
Learn the foundations of Pilates and build a stronger and more stable core. Focus on breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement & flexibility to help support a healthy back and body with our 40min live classes via Zoom. This class is a balancing beginners level class but you will be challenged and work your entire body no matter what your level. A slow and steady class, a perfect opportunity to pay attention to the finer details as you improve your technique and posture.
Stretching & Flexibility Lives | 6pm Monday | R40
Unwind with our 30 minute stretch class. Stretching improves flexibility and helps release any tension from our bodies. This is important in preventing injury as we go about our daily routines as well as helping us improve our Pilates technique helping us build a better and stronger body.
