Hello world!! My name is Heather! I am married to my very best friend Jared and we’ve been together for 8 years. We have 3 kiddos, 2 boys and 1 girl. We live in the beautiful PNW and absolutely love summer time and living the lake life 🚤.

With having such an active family, I knew I needed to find something that would help me keep up, and then MAGIC!

I had more energy than ever and laser focus! I was able to make it through the day without chasing caffeine like a mad woman. I was in a better mood (hello happy mommy) and have insane appetite control!
