This week we are working on PLACE VALUE. Students are learning to read word form, read and write standard form, and read and write expanded form.

Device Insurance

    Week of 9/18-9/22

    This week we assessed our unit for Geometry Keep an eye out for a quarter sheet with your child’s score on each benchmark. I will then post activities your child can do to improve their knowledge of the benchmarks. If necessary, I will reteach and reassess to improve grades.

    We are moving into place value this week also. Watch for activities to help with this.

    WEEK OF 9/12-9/16

    This week we will be working on equal shares and partitioning shapes into equal parts.

    At home students can practice this by drawing a circle, square or rectangle and partition each into halves or fourths.
