The basic movement patterns that you are biologically capable of achieving. These can be influenced by a combination of your genetics, intuitive personal preference or ‘style’ & the general principles to how the human body functions scientifically.
We explore basic mvmnt patterns that are best suited to your current needs like lifting, crawling, carrying, climbing, hanging, jumping, pulling, pushing, squatting, rolling, tumbling, twisting & rotating.
To challenge all of our senses & be able to move out of alignment safely, as well as within strong linear patterns.
Throughout the journey - We will dive into the elements of fitness that aren’t just for athletes, yet are just as important for the average punter! Think:

Meet Nick.
Nick’s 15yrs of Health & Fitness experience has led to a rich understanding for the human body’s movement patterns.
Notorious for attempting the most difficult & seemingly impossible task with a composure that’ll leave you thinking “what was I worried about?”
His attention to detail stems from the meticulous nature of curiosity, play & expression.
Nick’s main interests are assisting Surfers return to the water and simply perform better. He also has a keen interest in Youth development & Mobility for the elderly.
His diverse skillset has helped many return from injury. Increasing motivation & direction, whether that’s to hit the elite level of your sporting career or carry the shopping easier. Nick has your best interest at heart.
