Let’s be honest, adulting is hard! I’m 21 years into motherhood and still struggle with finding the balance of time with everything.

As a mom of 3, I quickly learned I can’t pour from an empty cup. I had to decide what I could do for me that would make me a better person but also fit into our family’s schedule. I found my “ME TIME” was best spent exercising the frustrations out and boosting feel good endorphins!

It’s ok to choose YOU for a little bit each day. It’s ok to prioritize yourself so that you can be the happiest and healthiest version of you and be able to serve those who need and rely on you most. It may look a little different for everyone, but this outlet is one that is healthy, flexible, and can be done each day in a small amount of time wherever you may be!
