There is so much conflicting information out there, that's only reasonable for parents to get easily overwhelmed. It is also clear that most of the information available to parents promotes independence and unrealistic expectations of parents and their little ones, not only when it comes to sleep but also in general.
As a mother of a wakeful toddler, I can relate to those parents who are struggling with their child's sleep. I know from experience how difficult it can be to be exhausted and try to be there for your child whenever you're needed. I also know what is like to want to sleep better and also be sure that sleep training is not the right fit for your baby and your family. That's why I want you to know that I'm not here to "fix your child". Instead, I'm here to look at sleep from a holistic perspective.
