I’m Nadia, born and raised in Arizona, a small-town girl with a big heart.

My love for massage and bodywork blossomed in 2005 when I started my journey at Carrington College in Tucson.

Since completing my schooling in 2006,
I’ve had the pleasure of working in day spas, five-star resorts, and chiropractic and acupuncture care.

Now, I bring the spa experience directly to you, offering mobile services in the comfort and safety of your own space.

In addition to my mobile practice, I’m an instructor at my alma mater and a medical massage provider for the VA.

My mission is to continuously learn, grow, and enhance the well-being of those I serve.

The practitioner will move their hands around your body. They may touch you lightly or have their hands just above your body. You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualizations such as colors or pictures, or having memories appear. In this treatment we incorporate chakra stones to help balance your chakras and oracle cards with divinity messages for you.

Cupping Massage

Cupping increases circulation

The suction from the cups increases circulation to the area where the cups are placed. The additional blood flow to that area can help relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair.
