✨New Clients✨- All New clients must have bare nails before appointment . Soak off previous polish / acrylic in pure acetone . DO NOT ! Pop off , pry off , or rip your nails . I do not provide services on broken / damage nails . If you are not sure if the condition of your nails please feel free to text or direct message me so I can confirm .

✨No Extra guest are allowed during your appointment. ( kids , parents, friends , spouse ) I am very understanding if you need to reschedule or need accommodations please reach out ❤️

✨ cancellation Policy✨
If you need to cancel your appointment, Please cancel your appointment with in 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. No call No Show you will be banned from booking . I understand things do happen if you have an emergency or traffic please reach out to me I am a very understanding person so we can reschedule your appointment if needed .

✨10 min Grace Period is given . After 10mins appointment will be cancelled. I understand things happen and traffic can be a hassle at times . Please contact me if you’re more then 10 mins so we can determine if time is permitted for your appointment.
