All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Before scheduling an appointment, please read our policy below.
Our Policy:
All appointments require a deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in cash. There will be a service fee if you use Zelle/Cashapp/Credit card.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time, a late fee of $15 will be added to the remaining balance. After 30 minutes, your service will be declined and deposit will be kept, as they are non-refundable. No other guest are allowed at the time of the service.
No cell phones can be used during your appointment, unless it is during the numbing process.
No call/No show = No service or Rescheduling
