Growing up on the farm and having the opportunity to be part of it, I would say has always kept my heart in the game. 100 years ago we weren’t farming to feed the world, now we are and it’s big growing pains & big risks. I have always been connected to the land & finding ways to teach my kids the same values.
I again had no idea what a protein shakes were because we ate from the land and my mom was the “homemaker” she is one of the best cooks around. She always had a garden and we always ate our own meat. Not thinking how these values were instilled to us at such a young age and now society is craving it more then ever.
One of the only reason I was able to jump on board to our Healthy Living is because it’s values were what I grew up with. I never dieted or counted calories, I grew up in the “Fat Free” trend and my mom kept doing what she has always done. Testing and trying some of the best recipes she has now. We always knew that food was part of our health. Which I would say why we don’t get sick very often. So by diving deep into our healthy living, I knew it was something I could stand behind. It is everything I was ever taught about food and how it heals.

Take my word of advice and go for it. Your body will thank you and your kids will too! Allow your taste buds to crave the goodness of wholesome food and flavours! Dive deep into learning the affects of how food affects your body and we can guide you to healing it with the food we eat!
We can’t out exercise our 🍴 fork, and this is a healthiest way to start! This is not a diet or fad, not counting calories. You aren’t loaded up with supplements, you are loaded up with nutrition!

Farm girl at heart, I can sit and hold a conversation just about anything farm/ranch related. But when it came to skincare and makeup, you didn’t come to me for knowledge, 20 years ago that was.
NOW... fast forward, I can say that I would be able to hold a strong debate on anything skincare and makeup.
