I am a retired chef by trade, Certified Nutritionist and lover of all things food and wine! 😍 I love cooking, baking, hosting parties and helping women FEEL their best by reclaiming their confidence through personal growth, goal setting and healthy living.
My ultimate dream is to serve other people in a massive way! IMPACT is a calling and I believe if we want change in the world, it starts with US.
