About me

Hey there,

I’m Tash from the Gold Coast, Australia. I’m a mum of two precious loving boys Jaxon Koah - 7 and Finn Henrdrix - 4 and happy wife of my best friend @ryanblack.co.

I love my family, friendships and my soul work/spiritual journey. I also love having fun, being in nature, laughing til my tummy hurts and a really good almond coffee.

My soul work and mission is to help women who are already living a functional life to showing them how to find more peace, joy and fulfillment by means of self development and spiritual connection.

I spent a large portion of my life trying to fit in to beliefs I was programed to believe and I felt lost, unfulfilled and alone. I knew I had some kind of purpose to help people but didn’t know how it looked or how to go about it.

I have since spent years figuring out what works for me through my personal development and spiritual connection which to me is just being your true authentic self. This to me is spirituality. ❤️

I have overcome great fears, judgment and stress in my life to living with complete fulfilment, clarity and gratitude. I love to share with others how they can too. I’m excited to get to know you and work with you more closely, should you resonate with me...

Aside from work, here are a few of my favourite things...

• Fave food - sushi 🍣
• Fave movies - From old school Disney to Bridges of Madison County to I Love You Man 🎥
• Fave artist - Tupac 🎵
• Fave clothing item - T-shirts 👚
• Biggest weakness - Cheese 🧀
• Fave past time - Laughing hard, and Meditation 😂 🧘‍♀️
• Fave books - Return to Love, A Course in Miracles, Disappearance of the Universe, many more but these are standout. Earlier in my journey was Light is the New Black, Spirit Junkie, Rise Sister Rise 📚

I hope I get to connect with you and help you grow in to the person you’ve always meant to be...

3 tips for more peaceful + abundant living

Tip #1 ~ Meditation

Meditation is the most effective, free resource to live a more peaceful, calm + intuitive life. Just know that like going to the gym, it takes practice, but you WILL reap the rewards if you stick to it.

There are plenty of resources on YouTube, Insight Timer and Spotify you can gain access to.

So keep going, your mind, body and spirit deserve the peace.

Tip #2 ~ Practice daily gratitude

Gratitude is an action of love and where love resides, fear cannot. So staying in continuous states of gratitude, you will feel more and more abundant in your life.

I encourage you to find an inspiring journal and start writing at least one thing per day that you are grateful for.

Over time, you will notice your attitude of gratitude game is strong and you feel happier!

Tip #3 ~ Time in nature

Spending time in nature automatically calms and clears your mind.

You are spending time being in awe of nature and nourishing yourself with fresh air and the quiet surroundings.

It is a great way to be in the moment and receive clarity about things going on in your life. It gives you a chance to have space to think.
Spending time in nature is a great alternative for those who find it difficult to meditate. That said, I encourage you to never give up on meditation.
You will feel better and ready to step back into your life with renewed energy.

So schedule in some time, find a spot near you and then just be.
