Naturally, Kelly Sage, is a safe inclusive space where I share my passions and parts of my life.
I’m a marketing business owner specialising in digital marketing and design, but my proudest role is that I’m a mama. In recent years I have begun a spiritual journey which has seen me embark on a self-development path, I’m passionate about nurturing my own well-being and I hold space for those who might be looking for mindful moments in their life. I am not a mental health practitioner or any expert of any kind, just here sharing what works for me in the hope that it may help someone else. Here I share moments from my life running a marketing business, mama-hood and championing all parents as well as my spiritual journey, manifestation and wellness. I also love a good book, so expect some bookish content too.
