I’m a single mom to my 11 year old daughter, Amaya... and my two fur babies, Romeo & Roxy.

I was a 911 Dispatcher for 20 years and recently medically retired. I am a chronic pain, ulcerative colitis, PTSD, depression and anxiety WARRIOR.

I believe that when life throws us curve balls we have the choice to either stay in victim mode or do the work to pick ourselves back up and keep fucking going!

I chose to do the work! I am obsessed with personal development and living in true alignment and I believe we are never done working on becoming the best version of ourselves.

I continue to work through all of the unhealed trauma by reprogramming my subconscious mind and keeping the ego construct in check. I choose to surround myself with high vibe individuals and I refuse to settle for anything less than I know I deserve! I consciously choose my path in this life and I hope you will, too.

What you see is what you get, with me. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I always give 150% of myself to whatever or whoever I commit to. I choose to share my journey so that I can help others go through their own transformation.
