- In online communication all caps is considered yelling. This is not a way to emphasize what you are saying because this is rude and offensive. If you want to emphasize something use bold or italics.

- when communicating online to treat others with respect. Always remember that " treat people the way you want to be treated", and you will avoid quite a number of problems.
RETURN MESSAGES PROMPTLY
- If someone sends you an email or online message, send them a response quickly. If you cannot send a thorough reply, at least acknowledge that you have received their message.
RESPEST THE PRIVACY AND RIGHTS OF OTHERS
- If you have someone's permission to share their words, then do so, but remember that people's words is their property. If your know some information about someone don't share or post it online without asking them first.
