How to Shop

1. Claim It

Comment "SOLD" under the item(s) you wish to purchase. If someone beats you to it, comment “NEXT” in case the first person falls through.

2. Message Me

Send me the item(s) you’re interested in along with your zip code. I will then calculate the cost for shipping and get you a total . If you area returning customer, please confirm
if the same address applies. Free local pickup also available.

3. Send Payment

Once shipping is determined, I will send you the new total along with my payment options. Please note, your item(s) will only be on hold for one hour before I contact the next interested buyer.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS within a few days of purchase. Package drop off is typically on Wednesdays. Keep in mind, shipping rates may vary due to the size, weight, destination, etc. Tracking number will be provided for you as soon as I get the item packed.

Pre-loved

All items are pre-loved which means they may show signs of wear. I will include the condition of the item(s) under it's description along with any significant damage.

Final Sale

All sales are final. Refunds are not available. Please keep this in mind when shopping.

Bidding

I'm so excited to offer bidding at New Havana for item(s) that are more valuable or on high demand. Bidding gives you the opportunity to win a unique/popular item at a price you are willing to spend. It also gives you the option to bid out others if you REALLY want the item(s).

How it Works:
All items available for bidding will be clearly
noted in the post along with the time frame to bid. If you're interested in the item, all you need to do is comment the opening bid amount. If others are ahead of you, just comment the next dollar amount (or more).

If you wish to forgo bidding, you will notice a BIN (buy it now) amount - just comment BIN and it's yours!

Please note, shipping is not included in bid
amounts. At the end of bidding, the winner's zip code will be needed to quote the total with shipping. If no bids are made by the closing date/time, the item(s) will be switched to a flat rate.
