Hey everyone 👋🏼 I’m Nicole

I am 26 years old and I currently live in South Africa. I am a fourth generation Olympian - yes you read right. FOURTH 😱 (all for different sports too)

I am a fully qualified Exercise Physiologist (Biokineticist), TEFL Teacher (Online English Teacher) and I have my own online business.
I absolutely love traveling, meeting new people from all over the world and helping them achieve their goals!

What’s it like being an Olympian?

Being a part of the worlds 1% that compete at the Olympic Games is quite something. This year that dream of mine came true! I would love to tell you more about what it was like, what we did, what we ate etc.
