Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Nicole, originally from London. I am a first-time mom to my adorable little one. While I work full-time as a Senior Practitioner, I am also the founder of A Body Confident You. Additionally, I work as a wellness coach, digital content creator, and motivational speaker/panel host.

My journey in this industry began in 2015 when I participated in a beauty pageant to boost my confidence. I was fortunate enough to become the runner-up in both pageants I entered. This experience led to features on Ben TV, the Kilburn Times, and The Voice newspaper, where I shared my story about building body confidence.

I created my brand, "A Body Confident You," initially as a blog platform to enhance my own confidence during the beauty pageant. Eventually, it transformed into a platform where I support others in improving their body image, body confidence, and overall wellness. I have always been on a journey of personal growth, self-love, self-discovery, and healing. My brand focuses on wellness, self-love, and self-care practices, aiming to instill self-confidence in others physically, spiritually, and mentally. Through this I have become a Wellness Coach.

I had the privilege of being a Be Real Campaign Ambassador, lending my voice to the brand. As an ambassador, I discussed Body Confidence on BBC Radio 5 Live with Liam Preston, Head of YMCA’s Be Real Campaign, BBC Radio 1, and had the opportunity to be a guest on the podcast "I am Whole" with Jordan Stephens talking about my journey with self love.

I have had the pleasure of being a motivational speaker, delivering wellness presentations to modeling agencies like J'adore modelling agency. I have also hosted and participated in panels discussing wellness and self-development.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with various UK fashion brands, engaging in e-commerce work, catwalk and editorial modeling for Scarlet & Jo, Missguided, Yours Clothing, Curvissa, Savage Fenty, Curvy Kate, Simplybe, Miss Papp, Prettylittlething, and more. I was fortunate enough to work with the late Rhiane Ward on a photography campaign for UK Plus Size Fashion. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to work with brands such as Pampers, Hippy Chick, For Aisha, Fridababy, Nanabebe, and Elvie. With Elvie, I contributed to several campaigns, including "Pumps on Parade," in 2022 where I collaborated with Alexandra Burke, and our message reached national UK newspapers, highlighting the benefits of nursing/ pumping and breaking taboos.

In recognition of my work, I was honored with the titles of Best in Fashion & Beauty at the Beffta Honours 2017, Influencer of the Year at the Diva of Colour Awards 2018, and Plus Size Model of the Year at the International Achievers Award 2018.

Above all, being a mother to my one-year-old brings me immense joy. My daughter is a true blessing and reflects our family's personality. She is a vibrant and cheerful presence, and I hope she finds inspiration in what I do. My goal is to empower and inspire others through my collaborations with like-minded individuals and brands.
