Nicol is a yogilates instructor and has actively practiced yoga and pilates for 10 years. She specializes in chakras philosophy and practice of the 7 wheels of energy and body.
Physical exercise has always been a vital part of her life whether it was track & field, kickboxing, or yoga. It took one bad leg injury and a meeting with her then yoga teacher, to change her outlook, leave her corporate job, and follow the path of body and mind wellness.
Her students rave about her personable and energetic teaching approach, as she always helps them find confidence and exceed their physical and mental limits.

Yogilates combines Yoga and Pilates exercises and was created in 1997 by Jonathan Urla. It is a unique exercise method that incorporates the basic principles of strengthening and aligning Pilates with the practice of Yoga. It is a truly complete, effective and safe fitness system that can be done by anyone, regardless of age or level.

My classes are focusing on a lean and toned body with flexibility

It is a unique Yoga style, which starts from the floor using the awareness of breathing and alignment to prepare you mentally and physically for your practice. This is followed by an intense warm-up for the body on the floor, incorporating core strengthening and spine extension through Matwork Pilates with breaths from Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. The sequences of exercises are carefully designed to prepare you properly as you move from one exercise to another. From the floor, you rise smoothly to a posture of sun salutations and a stream of Yoga Vinyasa more demanding Yoga positions that will rejuvenate your body and soul. All Yogilates classes end with relaxation poses and relaxation sessions, called Shavasana
