Hey y’all! I’m Ni’Kesia, but most often I’m called by my last name, Kesi, or simply Kp.

I’m an award-winning journalist, an entrepreneur, and a published author who has written for some of your favorite outlets such as ESSENCE, SELF, Allure, Business Insider, Woman’s Day, and many more. I have also held the titles of Assistant Editor, Managing Editor, and Editor-in-Chief for ThisIsRnB.com as well as Weekend Editor for Delish.com and Sr. Editor for The Kitchn.

Now, however, I currently serve as the Sr. Food & Drink Editor for Parade and, on occasion, contribute to other outlets. Outside of my writing endeavors, I spend my days focusing on my all-natural beverage business, Peach State Drinks, as well as my nostalgia-focused brand, Fresh Like the ‘90s.
