About me

Hi, I’m Nikki, a yoga student and yoga teacher currently in Manila. I started practicing yoga in 2016 – at a free yoga class at the park. It took me a couple of years to realize I wanted to teach yoga. I completed a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training with YogaWorks in 2018 and a 50-hour Asana Intensive course with Irene Pappas in 2019.

After months of traveling and constantly moving around, I found that it was hard to keep my practice because of the lack of places to do it or people to practice with. So whether you’re a traveler or you call Manila home, I hope to make yoga more accessible to you.

What we’ll do

Welcome OM! Flow with me in a dynamic music-themed Vinyasa class. All levels are welcome (beginners, definitely welcome!). We’ll start with a guided meditation to invite your body, breath, and mind to arrive on the mat, followed by a slow warm-up before flowing through a sequence that works on balance, flexibility, and strength for both the mind and body. We close things out with a lot relaxing cool down, then a much needed savasana with a head and neck massage.

What else you need to know

Come with a light belly (no heavy meals before practice). Variations will be offered for the postures. Listen to your body and choose what’s best for you that day. Open to requests for poses and music.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
