Hey there.

I’m so happy you’re here. I began this journey about 8 years ago. I had been on a strict plant based diet and then met my boyfriend and decided to give up that way of eating. I found myself quite quickly 10, 20 then 30 pounds heavier. I was tired and felt terrible. I began my self journey to healing my body. Along the way, I have experienced some incredible changes. I want to share my knowledge with you, in hopes that it brings you knowledge and even better some answers to some of your questions.

No more toxins for me

I was tired of reaching out to medical doctors and not getting any answers. I started wanting more and the more I learned about all the toxins that are in so many products, the more I wanted to remove that junk.

I am an advocate of living a healthy lifestyle and removing as many toxins as possible. There are so many things that toxins can do to our body. They can cause so many health issues for one.

When I started getting to know and listen to my body and learning more about how my body is made to heal, that’s when things began to truly change. We get caught up in the mindset of quick fix s and that a symptom is telling us that our body is broken but really it’s our body telling us something and that our body is always healing, no matter what.
