How is this my life?
I wanted to tell you why I chose MONAT products three years ago and will never look back! I never knew that a little sample of shampoo would entirely change the coarse of my life.
I started as a market partner (distributor) to get the biggest discount to try to fix my hair for the best deal. I had the oiliest scalp and had to wash daily. I always used salon quality (aka. Expensive) products so it wasn’t a huge switch for me. It only took a few months before I could start to achieve day 3 & even day 4 hair! Six months in and I had actually re-balanced my scalps PH! This has never happened before.
It wasn’t long into my hair journey that I saw the magic in the product, the people, the community and the compensation plan and decided to turn this into a business. Three years later and I have turned this into my full time gig! It’s crazy to me that this amazing product has been the vessel for me to achieve so much more out of life than just great hair. My name is Nikki. A little about me. I live in the cutest small town called Banks. I’m a wife, mom, boss babe educator, mindset coach and beauty influencer! I can be a little spicy! I have been referred to as “blunt and sympathetic in one boss bundle”. I’m a country girl who has become a little boujee and I rarely have a filter! I am obsessed with all things beauty, wellness and business!
My personal goal has always been to retire from corporate America by the age of 50! Every time I met with my financial counselor, he would chuckle when I would tell him that. My husband would just laugh and smile and say “yeah...she is not joking”.
At the young age of 39, I can say that dream has fully come true. I am now able to live my life by my schedule and not someone else’s. That is truly what success feels like to me.
I am building a community of like minded women and helping them build a life of financial freedom. Empowering them to find their confidence as well as inspiring them to dream bigger!
How can I do that for you? I teach you how to stop giving excuses, show up with messy action, create trust, while growing your confidence, one social media post at a time. If that is something you need or are interested in, I would love to help you reach your goals.
I really believe that you can be successful with a mindset change, consistency, follow up and messy action. Our job is not easy, but I teach you how to keep it simple. And at the end of the day it’s just shampoo. It’s really not that serious.

But I was broke, overweight, I didn’t have purpose, I was under inspired, I didn’t feel like I was a good mom and I pushed my faith all the way to the back burner.
