I'm a certified Image Consultant, Style Coach™ and Mindset coach. I'm also a certified practitioner of: Neural Energetic Wiring® , Neural Energetic Encoding® , Emotional Freedom Technique and Hypnosis.
As a registered RYT® 500 teacher with Yoga Alliance®, I specialize in energy and chakra healing. I offer transformational classes in Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan®, Energy Medicine Yoga® , Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Chinese Meridian Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
