From the shadows come answers

Since the advent of the internet, the possibility for combination attacks has been a possibility. Why then is it so rare for cyber-ready attacks to be coordinated with physical infiltration?

The media has often glorified computer hacking as a nearly imagined power that only a specific specialist has. The presentation of Cyber-warfare being fully coordinated with physical attacks as a real World, real time coordinated effort. The effects are almost always completely overwhelming as the team with the cyber specialist has thrown their opponent off balance but also interception and advantage reconnaissance give the cyber team clear dominance in the confrontation. Then why in real operations do we never see coordinated effort with cyber-attacks?
