My name is Miniqueca but everyone calls me Minnie! I’m 23 years old and I’m from Delaware. I am a part time college student, artist, poet and much more. Throughout my life’s journey, I always felt like I was created to help others I just didn’t know how. I knew there was a reason God placed me on this earth, because I was born 3 months premature. I fought my way through every obstacle, from battling severe depression in 2017, losing my little sister at the age of 10, self-sabotaging myself by speaking negatively; continuously losing loved ones and constantly getting jobs that never lasted long because I was either fired or resigned. I always knew I was meant for more. I also knew I wanted to build a brand and ultimately work for myself, but I didn’t know in what way.

When this opportunity was given to me as couple of months ago, I was skeptical about it at first but I knew deep down it was something that could change my life! I needed this to feel whole, and not work to live someone else’s dream because mine was just as important! I was also tired of living paycheck to paycheck. I knew there was a way out, so I decided to take the opportunity, but because of my job my time was very limited, so I decided not to continue.
Until recently, this opportunity came to me again and I knew I couldn’t pass it up! I realized this is what I need to prove to myself, that you can be young, travel and live the life you’ve always dreamed, inspire others along the way, live in your fullest potential. But you have to be willing to take the chance to CHANGE THE NARRATIVE, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, SPEAK POSITIVITY, and EMBRACE THE JOURNEY no matter how it looks! Because YOU CAN DO IT✨✨ I believe in you, I believe that you can be free because I am 🐞🦋
