A little bit about me

Hello, world.

My name is Teele Helene Männik. I was born in Tallinn, Estonia and when I was about 5 years old, my mom and I moved to the United States of America. Estonian was my first language, but when I moved, I stopped speaking Estonian completely and English became my native language. About 4 years ago, I decided to do something crazy and move across the world back to Estonia. Why? To reconnect with my roots, relearn my language, get a degree, and overall find myself. I recently graduated with a BA in English Language and Literature. I hope to continue next semester with an MA in foreign language teaching and become and English teacher here in Estonia. I love to write, read, do yoga, be outside, sip good coffee, and laugh. I hope to start a YouTube channel soon sharing my thoughts and experiences about living here and life in general. Stay tuned! 🌿
