What am I about?

Think: recipes, snippets from great books, resources for health, wellness, business and life.

I didn’t go searching for FODMAP life, FODMAP life found me 😂... Navigating the low-FODMAP diet when you’re already experiencing anxiety (and often frustration and confusion) can make what would normally be a rational process you just have to follow, quite hard and overwhelming. When you then have to incorporate it with other intolerances or diet choices it can be complicated. So, here we go, because I love sharing meal ideas and tips for cooking and things I’ve learnt about foods.

Here, you will find low-FODMAP, gluten free, low-carb, refined sugar free and wholefoods meals and recipes. As well as a good sprinkle of ‘cheat day’ weekend treats, because well, #balance.
