Hi there! I’m Nena. Wife, mom, nurse, entrepreneur, consultant & coach.

After working up the corporate ladder for 15 years from CNA to CEO, I came to Hawaii to my dream job only to be fired after a few weeks.

I was devastated and lost. Despite how hard it was, that experience helped me launch my own consulting company and then help other nurses do the same.

This year I’ve spoken at 4 national conferences for nurse leaders and entrepreneurs, self published two books, launched my own podcast, and overcome the fear of failure, living my dreams with more freedom and flexibility than I’ve ever had as a nurse.
