My name Ameenah Francois and I am passionate and dedicated women's health coach, committed to empowering mamas to achieve optimal well-being and lead fulfilling lives. With my extensive knowledge and expertise in women's health, I help my clients navigate the unique challenges and complexities they face on their wellness journey.
Driven by my own personal health struggles and transformative experiences, I understand the importance of holistic approaches to women's health. I firmly believes that true wellness encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Drawing from my background in nutrition, herbal medicine, and psychology, I take a comprehensive approach to guide my clients towards vibrant health and balance.
With warmth and empathy, I creates a safe and supportive space for mamas to open up about their health concerns and goals. I listen attentively and tailor my coaching programs to meet individual needs, recognizing that each mama’s journey is unique. Through personalized consultations, goal-setting sessions, and ongoing support, I empower my clients to make positive lifestyle changes and sustain them for the long term.
My coaching philosophy revolves around education and empowerment. I believes that knowledge is power, and therefore, I equip my clients with the necessary information and tools to make informed decisions about their health.
Whether it's optimizing hormonal balance, managing stress, improving nutrition, or cultivating self-care practices, I guide my clients towards practical and sustainable solutions.
As a firm advocate for self-love and body positivity, I encourage my clients to embrace their uniqueness and celebrate their bodies at every stage of motherhood. I help women build a positive relationship with food, exercise, and self-image, promoting a balanced approach to health and wellness.

What Is Holistic Health Coaching?
Holistic health coaching is a collaborative process in which I empower, educate and motivate my clients to meet their health and wellness goals. Goals that are set by them and achieved by eating real food and a result of real dedicated work.
I walk alongside my clients on their journey improving their confidence and belief in their abilities to meet their goals.
In the end, we have healthy mamas, healthy babies & healthy families.
I take a holistic approach to wellness which means that we examine four main pillars of health:

I created this course because I believe that optimal health for you and your baby begins before conception and continues well after delivery.
Throughout our time together, I will educate you on practical ways to positively impact your health and the health of your baby.
